If Wordle encourages you to locate the solution as fast as you can, Survivle does the opposite. Inspired by Wordle and Absurdle, the game turns word guessing into a weird but very engrossing challenge: you’re trying to not guess properly for as long as possible.

How to play Survivle

Survivle is a lot like Wordle, except the hidden word is 5 letters long. Then the game gives colour-coded hints after each guess:

• The right letter is shown in green squares.
• Yellow squares mean the letter is in the word but in the wrong place.
• Grey boxes mean that the letter is not in the answer.

The only change is the forced Hard Mode. I can't give you any information about that, I'm sorry. If a letter is confirmed as correct, you must retain it. Yellow letters mean you have to keep using that letter in the next turns. The goal is not to correctly guess the secret word , but to make as many legitimate wrong guesses as possible before having to make the final response.

Survivle Tips

• Don’t give away too many accurate letters in the first few turns.
• Increase the amount of guesses by employing groupings of words with similar structures.
• Pay attention to the letters that have been removed from the keyboard.
• Always think the opposite of Wordle. Find a means to avoid the answer, not find the answer.
