Human Expenditure Program

Human Expenditure Program is the haunting sequel to BloodMoney. In the game, you will follow the story of Harvey Harington and his wife, Yunmi. Harvey agrees to take part in a special project: transfer his consciousness into a simulated world. Your mission is simple at first: take care of Harvey and keep him healthy, happy, and well-fed. It sounds like a normal management game, but things soon change.

After only a few days, strange phenomena begin to appear. Harvey hears shaky voices, recalls vague memories, and seems to realize something beyond the script.

How to play the Human Expenditure Program

  • Manage Harvey's stats: You need to buy food and improve Harvey's mood, although the prices may be unreasonable.
  • Fun mini-games: Including whack-a-mole, memory games, and physical exercises, help improve Harvey's mood, but the atmosphere is always tense.
  • End of each day:As the screen fades, you realize that you’ve both cared for Harvey and controlled a system that makes money off his pain.

Multiple endings

  • Continue to exploit Harvey, sending him into a terrifying loop.
  • Or find a way to save Harvey, opening up a rare path to redemption.

The Human Expenditure Program is a clever blend of virtual pet games, psychological horror games, and narrative games. The game doesn’t use jumpscares but instead forces you to become a controller and accomplice in a program that turns humans into entertainment. If you love cats or have a passion for Beat Box then try Kitty Beat Box now
